First of all, my tiktok fyp knew I am a certified big back lol the way I ran to OSD website to make an order lol. The website is so simple and easy to navigate I have a sweet tooth and a big foody that’ll travel far and wide for good soul food/desserts! But I am super picky! Secondly with OSD, the cookie dough is perfect, perfect amount of chocolate not too overpowering, we.love it! We ordered the viral dot cake, banana pudding and lemon zest cookie and they did not disappoint! Lastly, as an introvert, I love that it’s contactless. Your attention to detail on your website to your packaging and your delicious desserts - girl you deserve all your flowers. 10/10 best desserts in the lower North Island!

Shipping and delivery costs are calculated at a discounted flat rate of $8 per courier, $8 per local delivery or free pick-up.

The date you select for shipping is the date your order will be SENT. If you are wanting your order by a certain date, we recommend ordering in advance and allowing 1-2 business days for delivery.
Our courier days are TUES-FRI.
We book all couriers for collection by 9.30am on your chosen day of dispatch. Your link will not activate until the courier has collected your parcel, which is between 11am-5pm.
Please allow a further two days for rural delivery (in total it can take up to 4 days for rural delivery).
NZ Couriers advise that rural service is a non-signature service and no delivery will be attempted to properties further than 50m from the road.
If you are sending to a rural address please ensure you select the correct courier fee on the shipping page. If you are unsure whether the address you are sending to is rural or not, please check the rural address checker here.
If the incorrect courier fee is selected, your order will not be dispatched until the correct fee is paid.

There are two shipping options available:
- Economy tracked (3-10 working days) for $30NZD or
- International Courier (2-6 working days) for $51NZD
All items shipped to Australia are heat sealed individually to maintain freshness. This includes our loaded brownies & blondies. Please note we are unable to heat seal custom brownies & blondies. Our heat sealed products maintain freshness for at least 3 weeks.

We recommend eating your goodies the day you receive them. Leftovers will last up to 7 days in an airtight container out of direct sunlight or in the fridge. Store products with cream/cream cheese fillings in the fridge.

For custom message brownies, we recommend popping in the microwave for 20-30 seconds to melt the whittaker’s creamy milk/caramilk choc base and make it easier for you to slice.
