boxes

cut-off time for ordering boxes is 1.00pm, for the next day. send us a message if you need a box urgently - we are always more than happy to try and accomodate.

payment for boxes needs to be made at the time of booking.

dietary requirements

we are more than happy to cater to any dietary requirements - send us a message and we will let you know what we can do for you.

refunds

if you are unhappy with your purchase or believe you have received a faulty item please contact us with images of your purchase at dm.onesweetday@gmail.com or fill out our contact form within 24 hours of receiving your box.

please note we do not offer refunds due to change of mind. 

delivery + pick-up

*PLEASE NOTE DELIVERY IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE*

we are located in ascot park, porirua, wellington. pick-up is available free of charge for boxes only. 

when selecting and confirming a pick-up time, please ensure you stick to this time, and that your purchase is picked up within 15 minutes of the collection time chosen. 

delivery fees apply and will be calculated at check-out. 

delivery is available within the wellington area, and only within a 27km radius of porirua, wellington.

please include physical address when ordering (no PO boxes, sorry!)
